I personally have over 30 years of home improvement experience. I pride myself in providing high quality residential services to my customers. I do not use sub contractors. I complete my jobs personally to ensure that the job is always done correctly and above my customers expectations. I book appointments at a certain time instead of a time window as some companies do. I have never liked the cable company telling me that they would be at my home between noon and four. If I am running more than a couple of minutes late for an appointment I always contact my customer to explain what is happening. I simply always try to treat my customers and their homes with respect and as if their home were my own.

Greg was amazing from the moment I reached out to him. He contacted me within one day of asking for a quote. I could tell he was very knowledgeable. I explained the needed repair on my chimney as well as needing my chimneycleaned. He gave me a fair quote, came out the next day to do the work and all with no mess. We'll be calling Greg again!

Greg did an amazing job cleaning, replacing chimney cap, and repairing my chimney. Extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and his work speaks for itself in the photos. He was able to get it all accomplished faster than my expectations! Highly recommend and will continue to use in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to get as much information over the phone as possible. Also if the customer has pictures I like for them to text or email them so I can get a visual of what needs to be done. My services vary in price. Chimney sweeps and inspections typically range from $200and up. Dryer vent cleaning ranges from $150 to $200 according to difficulty accessing the vent. Pressure washing of homes range from an average of $200 and up according to the size of the home. Gutter cleaning, roof repairs, and other services vary as well. I can give an estimate with a phone conversation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with my customers on the phone to assess their needs and to have a good idea of what needs to be done with their project. Then if needed I drive to their home to look at the situation more closely. I normally can give an idea of how much a job will cost my customer by having them text or email pictures of their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of on the job experience. I read many publications and try to keep up with the new trends in the home repair and improvement industry. I was a certified chimney sweep for several years. I have attended many trade conferences and conventions directly related to my work.
