- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, the time required, and the level of skill needed to complete your project safely and correctly. Every job is different, so your estimate may adjust slightly once we fully understand the details. If additional services are requested beyond the original scope, we’ll always communicate pricing upfront before moving forward. We also offer referral and repeat-customer discounts for returning customers who refer friends or family our way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and transparent. For new customers, we typically start with a quick call or message to understand your project, expectations, timeline, and any details that help us deliver the right solution. Clear communication is important to us, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a wide range of training and experience across home services, residential construction, installations, repairs, and general contracting support. Collectively, we’ve worked with multiple contractors, trades, and homeowners on projects ranging from small home repairs to custom builds. We stay up to date on best practices, safety standards, and modern installation techniques to ensure every project is completed correctly and confidently.
