Vladimir diagnosed the issue with our washer right away. Unfortunately, he commented that it would cost as much as as a new washer to repair it. The washer is only 2 1/2 years old. I told him I was going to check my warranty and contact the company. I would highly recommend Vladimir and would use him again.

I reached out to LocalPRO because my whirlpool wash machine had an error code tied to my drain pump. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Vladimir showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the burned out part. The entire time, Tatyana kept me posted on everything. LocalPRO reached out to me a week later after researching a replacement door that I needed. The part was discontinued by Whirlpool but Vladimir located one on eBay and offered to install it for me. They went faraway above and beyond my wildest expectations. I won’t use anyone else for future appliance repairs. Thank you so much!!!
