I had a great experience with Wagmore GarageDoors. I reached out through Thumbtack, and a representative contacted me within minutes. They were happy to communicate via text, which made it incredibly easy to explain the issues I was having and share photos of my setup.
My 12-year-old system had never been maintained and finally gave out, specifically with the sensors and the opener itself. The technician arrived the very next day and did a thorough job explaining the repairs needed. After comparing my options, I decided to go with a brand-new opener because of their excellent warranty.

I recently had a problem that my opener was not working and we couldnt get our cars out. I called Wagmore and Tabitha was super polite and nice and sent technicians out to my home. Deklin and Adam came out right away to my house in St. Augustine and diagnosed my door for FREE! They gave me many solutions to the problem I was having with my opener and ended up getting a new lift master opener that even has a camera! I can now see when my wife or the kids come home! They were super professional, on time and fast, the price was great, and knew exactly what to do! I highly recommend Wagmore! Thank you Tabitha, Deklin and Adam!

So, I found these guys online and they offered a 0$ garage inspection. I rented and then bought this home, so I didn't know too much about my garagedoor, and was having issues, like a bowed bar and weird noises. The owner, Deklin, was crazy knowledgeable about my system. The name of the system doesn't even show up anywhere, but he was familiar with the history of the manufacturing of my garage door, which I found pretty amazing actually. The guy's like a garagedoor savant. Anyhow, he cited a few potential problems and they were very thorough. These guys will be the first people I call when my garagedoor kicks the bucket, which will be soon, because my other door broke a year ago, and they cited the same problem for the little garagedoor, too. A very edifying experience and I'm glad I called. I now feel smarter about my garage door, but also, confident in who to call when it breaks down, since it's making all these weird noises. Congrats Wagmore! You made the cut! Highly recommend!

My experience was excellent! After a free assessment of my garagedoor and opener, the techs walked through a number of good options and installed (SAME DAY), what I wanted. They fixed a few things and upgraded a few things. Overall, it was quick, easy, and affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All work is scheduled at their convenience, including extended hours 8am-8pm Mon-Sat. Every call starts with a $0 Safe and Sound Diagnostic of the entire door system. Everything is documented and reviewed with the client to determine appropriate options to quote upfront. Work is quoted and commenced only after client approval. Completed work is walked-through with the client to ensure 100% satisfaction. All work is guaranteed.
