My garage door broke around midnight on a Saturday night. I messaged this gentleman at 8:30am on a Sunday. There was not an ounce of hesitation in his response, he was absolutely going to get me taken care of that day. No mentions of up charging for a Sunday or anything like that. He understood I needed to be able to open my garage for my business that day. He was here by 10:30am with a helper and went straight to work. After replacing not only the broken spring, but the other spring as well. Realigned the door and did a PM on all of the other components as well. All of this in less than an hour. His price was absolutely exceptional, I almost felt like he did not charge enough, especially after looking up all the work he did do. Extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable in his job. There is absolutely zero reason for anyone not to use this gentleman, he is first class by a long shot. He is one of those contractors that you want to know in case you ever need his services. Regards Chris C
