The team were good communicators. We talked through some options on the project but felt no discomfort due to high pressure sales. We are happy with the project. In and out in one day with good information left for us to maintain our new coating. Thanks Robert and team.

It’s great to hear you’re happy with the new concrete coating and that we could get everything done in one day while leaving you with the right maintenance info. After contracting with Shark Coatings to resurface our garage, they began by grinding down our current garage coating. After 5 hours of work, the supervisor tells me they can't finish the job because of a concrete problem where the adhesive they use won't stick to the concrete. With a garage floor half ground up, I called Robert at Floor Grip Medic in St Augustine and he tells me the adhesive they use will in fact adhere to our concrete. Despite Shark Coating grinding some areas too much and creating an uneven floor, Robert's crew came in and saved the day. Now the floor looks great. Don't hesitate to use them. Did great work and was priced below others.
Floor Grip Medic LLC's reply
Brad, thank you for sharing this and for giving us a chance to step in and get your garage back on track. I’m glad Robert and our crew could correct the uneven areas and deliver a floor that looks great, all at a price that beat the others. We truly appreciate the recommendation.

Robert and his team were really easy to work with. Competitive pricing and a job well done with my garage and storage room floors. Small family owned business. Go with these guys over the larger companies with huge advertising budgets. Really satisfied, definitely recommend them for garage floor coatings.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a family run business, we are typically 10 to 40% less than most of our competition. Mainly because we do not have sales people that do our quotes, so no commission is tacked on the final price. Our overhead is low, so we pass our savings on to the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet and go over some questions. I will do what I can to meet or exceed your expectations. Second, we will take a look at the job and determine a price point and deliver an estimate. If you agree to the estimate, we then schedule a time for the work to be completed. Upon project completion we discuss securing the final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hundreds of jobs and on the job training learning from my mistakes and perfecting my craft overtime
