- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a family run business, we are typically 10 to 40% less than most of our competition. Mainly because we do not have sales people that do our quotes, so no commission is tacked on the final price. Our overhead is low, so we pass our savings on to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet and go over some questions. I will do what I can to meet or exceed your expectations. Second, we will take a look at the job and determine a price point and deliver an estimate. If you agree to the estimate, we then schedule a time for the work to be completed. Upon project completion we discuss securing the final payment.
