We offer free estimates and can visit the customer to better understand the project before providing a final quote. Our pricing is competitive, with some of the best rates in the market, and we are always open to discussing possible discounts depending on the scope of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with clear communication and understanding the customer’s needs. We listen carefully, visit the space when needed, and take the time to understand the vision, style, and goals for the project. Every home is different, so we approach each project with an open mind and a customized plan that makes sense for the space, the budget, and the customer’s expectations. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, we focus on being responsible, respectful, and easy to work with. Our goal is to make the process simple, honest, and stress-free while delivering quality work that adds value to the customer’s home.

We have over 8 years of hands-on experience in flooring installation and home improvement services, along with numerous training courses that have helped us improve our technique, quality, and attention to detail. Throughout the years, we have worked on projects with respected builders such as Dream Finders, Lennar, ICI Homes, and Richmond American, which has given us strong experience with professional standards, deadlines, and high-quality expectations. Our background has taught us how to handle different types of projects with responsibility, precision, and care.
