Overall, Jerry was wonderful to work with. There were a few hiccups/delays that extended the original project timeline, but he was very attentive and receptive to feedback. He was able to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns before finishing the project. We’re very happy with our new flooring, and would happily recommend Jerry and his team.

Great experience. Jerry was able to provide me an accurate estimate for my floors within 24 hours of my request. He patiently and respectfully answered all my questions and explained the reasoning. He pivoted quickly when more leveling was required than I initially thought. He asked my opinion every step of the way for any cosmetic details and had no qualms about swapping out molding I wasn’t a fan of. Even helped me reassemble my couch. Went above my expectations every step of the way.
