What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector I have completed hundreds of hours of certification requirements and continuing education. I have met all the education and testing requirements and am licensed in the state of Florida. I’m a member of FABI which holds Florida Inspector members to a higher standard. Inspections I am also an approved inspector for Insurance Inspections such as the 4-POINT, WIND MITIGATION, and ROOF CERTIFICATIONS.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a newly remodeled home on the beach that at first glance was amazing. I mean jaw dropping stunning. The inspection began with the normal “need caulk here and upgrade GFCI there”. Then the attic portion of the inspection began. We found multiple hazards in the form of open electrical connections, polybutylene plumbing and yes the dreaded M word. We worked closely with the buyer and seller to confirm repairs/ replacements were made to bring the home up to modern building standards and ultimately a clean bill of health. That call is the one that stands out the most and makes me proud of our team for the work we do everyday.
