We are fast efficient and accurate in our work. Most of the time clients are in a rush to get an inspections done because there is usually a large decision to be made regarding a purchase or sale of a house. We use the latest procedures and equipment. Almost every inspection includes an Infrared scan of the structure. We usually go over the reports in person with the client to make sure that they completely understand the content on the report. I really like working with the first time home buyers. These are enormous decisions for them and they need really good information.

Just hired Frank to do an initial home inspection for us. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and has the latest equipment to do the job correctly. He provided a great set of pictures along with detailed explanation of any problems. He is very easy to communicate with and I give him my highest rating and would not hesitate to use him again!!

As first time home buyers my husband and I researched a few home inspection companies and came across this one. Frank was quick, on time, took care of all the things I did not look at and would have cost ten of thousands of dollars. Im glad I hired him to look after my young daughters home purchase, which ended up a hot mess. The roof was no life left, elec not there or dangerous, plumbing also ready for more repairs. Thank god for franks brutally honest report , my daughter was able to get her deposit back and he will be doing another inspection for her new home she will make an offer in a couple weeks. There is nothing that could be better with the service provided at a reasonable cost. He also will babysit her home while she is deployed. The importance of good communication skills are imperative as the the findings of the inspections need to be condensed into a report with good photographic representations of the overall condition of theproperty.
