Very professional yet personable from the beginning phone call. Brian arrived on time and had an excellent partner helping him. I had a more difficult move with many boxes of business records filing cabinets and office furniture from my home office. But, they worked through the whole day diligently, tirelessly, and efficiently, handling everything with care. I would call Graceful Moving with any moving need I have and highly recommend them. Along with their efficiency, their personal, caring and thoughtfulness with my disabled husband made a difficult experience much easier. Thank you Brian and Kenny!! I posted that I needed someone to unload our moving truck asap. It was 5 p.m. Thanksgiving eve and I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the day after Thanksgiving. Brian called, I hired him because he said his team would unload for us THAT NIGHT! By 9 p.m., the job was finished and they did a great job! I would highly recommend Brian.

Brian was courteous and helpful. When I needed to change the time he was very amiable. His work was excellent, He was quick and very cautious with my stuff. The job was done efficiently and professionally. I would call him again.

We did not hire Brian because he was located far away from where we are but he came across as very professional and with reasonable prices for his services.

We bought a piano that had to be moved the day it was bought because the owner was moving that day. Brian was able to work it into his schedule for a same day move. The price was great and he got it set up for us and even made some adjustments to make it more secure.
