- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mobile Notary Pricing * Mobile service fee: $30- 50, depending on location, travel time, and appointment requirements. * Mileage fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area. * Notarial fees are charged in accordance with Florida law. * Remote Online Notarization (RON) services are available for eligible documents. * Scan backs are available upon request. Please allow up to two (2) calendar days for completion and delivery. * If your document requires a witness, please provide one at the signing. If you need a witness provided, additional fees will apply. * After-hours, weekend, holiday, rush, and emergency appointments may incur additional charges. * All fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed. * Payment is due at the time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please allow up to two (2) calendar days for scan backs to be completed and returned. Processing times may vary based on appointment volume, document size, and scheduling
- What types of customers have you worked with?
If your document requires a witness, please arrange for the witness to be present at the time of signing. Witness requirements vary by document type and state law. If you are unable to provide a witness, please notify us when scheduling your appointment so we can discuss available options and any applicable additional fees.
