FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Florida notary fees are set by the state at $10 per notarized signature/stamp. Mobile travel fees vary by location and are always discussed and agreed upon in advance before the appointment. I believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the appointment, everyone involved will need a valid, non-expired government-issued ID. I review the paperwork to make sure it appears complete and that all signers understand what they are signing. We then complete the signing together, and I finalize the notarization and my notary journal. If witnesses are needed, arrangements should be discussed in advance. I’m always happy to answer questions before the appointment so the process is simple and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Florida Commissioned Notary Public currently pending Florida RON approval. NNA Certified and background screened, LSS trained, and insured with $50,000 E&O coverage. My 16 years in public service and emergency response work help me provide professional, reliable service in homes, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
