I focus on helping you meet your food goals whether you want to become more skilled at cooking, make dietary changes, or just have a fun cooking experience or catered meal. I specialize in making and teaching homemade Sicilian and Greek dishes, grilled meat and vegetables, and cooking healthy meals that don’t sacrifice anything in taste.
