I can't say enough about the services this company offers. Whatever you need them for, they're probably going to go above and beyond for you. She did an awesome last-minute packing job for me because I ran out of time and I, of course, have too much stuff. I wish I had more time for her to help me purge before my move. She labeled every box and kept everything organized as she packed. She's kind and encouraging during a stressful time - she even listened to me complaining about my moving issues. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free in-home consultation to get to know you and your space. I have graduated pricing scales and discounts for larger package purchases. I also offer free services such as personal shopping with 24 hour packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial client reach out is through a phone call or email to discuss your needs. That is followed with a free 30 minute in-home consultation to meet face-to-face, survey your situation and discuss solutions and strategies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive had hours of hands-on field experience in addition to training with the American Society of Professional Organizers. In addition, I have years of personal experience renovating and redesigning on top of professional inventory management.
