Introduction: Serene Spaces was born in 2014. We are passionate about helping others create a space that breathes peace and serenity. Life happens and our spaces can get out of control. We would love to partner with you and transform any area in your home, office or classroom that you are not happy with! We used Cassie to help organize our new home before and after my son was born. We moved in when I was 30 weeks pregnant and we needed all the help we could get. Cassie helped us organize the whole home over a series of weeks, including our kitchen, closets, office space, and garage,. She also helped us design a custom walk-in closet for our master bedroom, including helping us pick a system and specific hardware. She is extremely knowledgeable about organization strategies and theories as well as amazing products. Some time has passed since she helped us, and her kitchen systems are still in use. You cannot go wrong by hiring her!

It's amazing how much I have learned from having you organize my closets & craft area back in Savannah! Still using the tools you gave me for getting organized in our new home. I Wish you could come help me organize in NJ, it's way more fun having you do it but for now at least I can be more organized on my own! We are so happy we hired Cassie to help us organize!! I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger, but I did and found her to be so easy to work with and ultimately a huge help. We had an office that had also turned into a catch-all room over the years. Im happy to say its back to a clean, well-organized, functioning space thanks to Cassie. We were so pleased that we had her come back over to get our laundry/mud room area organized. We still have some organization projects and definitely plan to use Serene Spaces for them. I really couldnt be more pleased. She is well worth the money!

I worked with Cassie about a year ago and am about to call her again for a different space problem. She was a pleasure to work with and made a very difficult transition smooth. I moved to FL from a home 2x the size of my current place and then left town with instructions for Cassie of which items would go to storage and which stayed. She and I spoke several times and she was very patient . It worked out very well. Am thrilled to have such an expert in town!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We love and honor our military. We used to be a military family and offer a 10% discount for active and veteran military. If you purchase a block of hours at once the price per hour is cheaper.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If new clients prefer an on-site consultation there is a fee for that but if a session is purchased the fee will be deducted from the first invoice. If we decide not to do an on-site consultation, I like to have a phone conversation so we can get to know each other a little better. Our services are tailored to each person and family so it is not a one size fits all we have a questionnaire that assists us in meeting the personal needs of our clients.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration. I receive continuing education through National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and Institute for Challenging Disorganization. Prior to starting my organizing business in 2014 I worked as an Office Manager for an Ophthalmology practice, a social worker for children in foster care, and a mental health case manager.
