- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will review the clients fitness and medical history, perform an initial strength and mobility assessment, and begin a program that is tailored each clients' abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer with a background in education. I have been training for many years and understand that learning new skills is individualized and can help teach fitness skills to different types of learning personalities.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion to help others be the best version of themselves. I initially started my own fitness journey to help alleviate intense back pain that I had been experiencing and my journey took off from there. Along the way, I've learned the importance of proper nutrition, strength, muscle mass and a balanced lifestyle. I want to share my tips and tricks with others looking to minimize their own aches and pains or improve their health.
