Easy to contact, had a good assortment of props, dad a fall theme for my wedding. Guests were satisfied with pics and I appreciate the USB with all the photos. And very friendly. My biggest upset was my contract said 230 set up, but they did not show up til my wedding started, which upset me.

HI Courtney and Zack! Congratulations again!! We spoke on the phone a few days before the event, when you were sick and you told us that everyone will be setting up around 3:30 pm-4:00 pm since your wedding and ceremony was at the same location; and the event time was 5:00 pm. At that time, you said we didn't need to setup that early (2:30 pm). You must have forgotten. So, yes we arrived at 4:00 pm. We usually arrive no later than an hour before an event. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Event Services start at $240 and up; Balloon Décor $150 and up. Photo Booth Services are $150 per hour with a two hour minimum. A contract and a 50% retainer is required after the FREE consultation; Contract Balance due 7 days prior to the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a visual design and quote; once approved a contract is forward to be returned with a 50% deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years in the Event industry planning, designing and providing event services for Weddings, Birthday Celebrations, Baby Showers, Family Reunions, Dinner Parties, Corporate Holiday Events, Fundraisers, Golf Tournaments; Silent Auctions, and more.
