- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable pricing and will work with you regarding the amount of time needed for your photo session as well as the level of editing to keep you within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want our customers to love the photographs we produce for them, so we ask a lot of questions about what style they are looking for, level of formality of the pictures, how they plan to use the pictures, etc. We also love it when clients share examples that they have seen online so that we can ensure that we are working towards the same style of image. We will schedule a date for the session that works for you and are very flexible if the weather changes or something else comes up that requires the photo session to be moved. We will explain the pricing and different packages up front, so there are no surprises or sticker shock once it is time to download or print your images. The amount of time we need for editing depends on the type of session. Headshots, engagement, senior or couples photos typically take about 48 hours to turnaround, family portraits (depending on the size and location) may take 3-5 days and weddings and large events take 1 - 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Manny has taken several professional photography classes and recently continued his formal education with on-line courses through Florida State College at Jacksonville.
