- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always straight forward and I will always let you know if anything changes. Estimates are usually right on. I can be flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To mainly understand their needs. Help them them with there goals. l think building a great relationship helps to understand each other to provide a comfortable working environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for many different customers and job types. I work almost any preference. I've been fortunate enough to get on the job training from landscaping company before starting my own.
