- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to, or at the photo session, Agent should outline important elements of the property, or areas that should not be photographed. Agents are expected to have the property staged and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot. The photographer will make a reasonable effort to create the most aesthetically pleasing and uncluttered photographs. Once the raw images have been taken, the photographer will edit the photo-shoot and select the best images. These will be individually retouched for optimum quality and delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise specified. How and when do I get my photos? - Your photos will be delivered electronically via Dropbox in 48 hours or less.

- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long will it take to photography my property? The amount of time required to properly photograph a home or commercial building can vary greatly. The biggest factor is the size of the property. As a general guideline plan on at least 1 hour. But many large homes and commercial or retail buildings can take up to four hours for photography. The time required for your photo shoot will be discussed at the time you book it. How long does it take to receive my photographs? We will normally have your photographs back to you within a 24 hours period unless we are experiencing a heavy work load. We guarantee a 48 hours turn around time.
