WOW, Marcelo is awesome!!!! With in minutes I was contacted with him. Set an appointment and so it begun. From the reck of shower design we had to 1 of the most beautiful showers I've seen. It was like taking a shower in a cave,now it's open & gorgeous. He pays so much attention to detail. Cleans up his mess,is very friendly and just so (excuse my language) DAM good!!!!

Marcelo did a great job laying a few tiles that were missing in our master bathroom on the floor and on the wall right out of the shower door. He was detailed and thorough and the pricing was fair. I will contact him again for more tile work we are thinking to have done in the near future

every job has a specific price. from preparation, installation to completion. It will depend on the material and the degree of difficulty. The negotiation will be done in the best possible way for both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
According to the client, I try to find out what the demand for his work is, I present him with suggestions and photos and videos of my projects carried out and, if possible, suggest a more effective way of working on his project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to learning from experienced professionals in other countries, I tried to adapt to the standards required in the United States. I have a degree in Business Administration in my home country where I gained experience in dealing with the public.
