Contracted for a water softener. Tony explained all of the options and provided documentation so we could make the right choice. Absolutely no pressure during the entire transaction. The installation was seamless. The technician was exceptional and provided excellent customer service, explaining all of the equipment and items that will need attention in the future. Highly recommend. Wish all business transactions could be this easy. Highly recommend.

I recently moved into a home with a water treatment system from Awesome Water, Inc. I scheduled an appointment with Tony to come out and review the setup to make sure everything was working well. He was so amazing! He replaced the filters, explained the system to me, and walked me through continual upkeep procedures, answering all my many questions along the way. I feel much more confident in maintaining the system now. Im so glad I connected with Awesome Water Treatment.

Awesome Water: great professionals and best after-sales experience ever.Definitely a great and trustworthy company, excellent after-sales support and customer service.We had a new system installed by them.After three months, the water started to smell bad (sulfur) again.Tony and Todd came back quickly and after a few tries, decided to replace the system.Now it's working perfectlyGreat professionals!Thank you !

My review is in their name "Awesome." We handle the repair and maintenance on five houses. So we have many dealings with contractors and vendors. AWInc has been one if not the best. Their responsiveness is second to none. They installed a new water purification system. Installed fast and clean. We twice had concerns about the install and both times someone came out to the house for education. The concerns were us being naive, but that did not make any difference to them. Their service was so good, we had a water heater installed the following week. If we ever have any doubts about a company, we will never use them again. We used AWInc twice in a two week period. We can share horror stories that we have encountered throughout the years with all the projects we have had, but none here.
