Renee gave us a ceremonial script that suited us a a couple She was open to us customizing it to exactly what we wanted it to say . She was very professional. In this world of constant hate on different groups of people, it was refreshing to have someone so accepting. She made us feel comfortable being ourselves and celebrating our joining . My pricing is very reasonable. I pride myself on providing Excellent Customer Satisfaction at reasonable prices!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically potential customers contact me to provide a quote for the service that they are in need of. I then review the necessary information provided and send a quote along with an introduction letter and wait for an initial response. After being hired for the particular job, we begin planning the service together and have the ability to answer questions and edit the quote and special details as needed. I always work closely one on-one with the new client to meet the requirements agreed upon.
