I’m Sam, a seasoned yoga teacher who believes the most powerful practices are the ones that meet you exactly where you are. My classes are inclusive, accessible, and always rooted in presence—not performance.
What to Expect:
A Centered Start: We begin with a grounding moment or group intention to set the tone for connection and clarity.
Mindful Warm-Up: Gentle, intentional movement to ease into your body and prepare for flow.
A Fluid Sequence: Guided movement that blends breath and flow, with plenty of options so everyone—new or experienced—feels supported and engaged.
Optional Partner Poses: Light-hearted and connection-based, these can be included for bonding (and great photos).
Rest and Reset: We close with restorative poses and a guided meditation, leaving your group feeling grounded, calm, and connected.
