What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My online rates are as follows: Introductory 1-hour lesson: $50 1 hour: $70 3 hours: $195 6 hours: $350 This includes my preparation for each lesson, and an email after each lesson with the materials discussed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have any recent games, then you should send me them so I can determine your strengths and weaknesses and we will go through these games together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Life Master and I rank in the top 0.7% of all US chess players. My peak FIDE rating is 2175 and my peak USCF rating is 2289. I have defeated two Grandmasters.
