The value of the service was great. I told them what I needed to get done, and they jumped on it. The people who worked on replacement of my stairs and deck were very professional. When they started working, they tore off the old stairs and deck, and had the lumber order and came in. They followed my directions that I wanted done and did a fantastic job. I would use them again.

Working with this building group was a great experience from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations, and they paid close attention to every detail. I would strongly caution anyone considering this contractor. My experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.
From the beginning, proposals and invoices were vague and lacked transparency. Many items were later claimed as “not included,” despite never being clearly excluded upfront. Even more concerning, “allowance amounts” were assigned arbitrarily after materials had already been selected and ordered by us, which felt misleading and unfair.
The quality of work has been unacceptable. A floating LVP floor was installed incorrectly and began buckling; instead of correcting the issue properly, the contractor attempted to nail it down—completely defeating the purpose of a floating floor. The project remains unfinished, with cabinets still not installed, mismatched paint, and multiple areas requiring rework.
There were also numerous installation errors:
• Shower plumbing was installed incorrectly, requiring tile removal that has still not been replaced
• Bathroom tiles were installed upside down
• Closet shelving collapsed within two days of installation
• We were quoted for hardboard siding but discovered after installation that T1-11 was used instead
Additionally, workers were drinking on the job while we were not present, which is completely unacceptable.
At this point, communication has completely broken down—the contractor is no longer returning calls, leaving us with an incomplete and poorly executed project.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone seeking reliable, professional, or quality work.
