Working with Poul for my washer repair was a great experience. He was trustworthy and thorough. After he evaluated my washer, I had to order a part for him to install / replace. We made an appointment for the following week to complete the repair. He showed up punctually for that installation. The washer is working great now. His pricing was very fair and I will definitely use his services again!

Poul checked out our microwave, found a burned up part, checked the price of the part and was very honest. Told us it was not worth repairing, it would be cheaper to buy a new microwave.
