To start, repair man fixed the issue i needed him to solve. I was trying to replace an oven doorthat was broken, and I was randomly removing screws attempting to take the hinges off not understanding. This is why you got a professional. When repairman arrived, I gave him all hardware (screws, brackets, etc.) I had removed. When he successfully completed the install, he asked me to make sure I was happy with his work. Knowing where the hardware I had removed, I checked those locations on the oven to make sure the screws were installed. They were not. When he realized these screw holes were empty, he produced the remained screws and apologized. Obviously not knowing where the 3 remaining screws went. I don’t have a problem with him not knowing. I have a problem with him not saying he did not not know and hiding the fact there were screws left over. It just does not seem to be the most honest scenario.
