We were totally impressed by everything about our wallpapering experience with NGS. The NGS team was right on time, it was incredibly neat and respectful of our space, it was unbelievably precise in measuring and executing its work. They are also incredibly nice!!! We highly recommend NGS.

I’m seriously glad I met and worked with the team at NGS Improvement! Work with them on your project! Why? They installed wallpaper on several walls in my house, and one especially challenging wall, and did it all while:
1. Keeping fast and professional responses to my initial inquiry, to all follow-up leading up to and during installation.
2. Working with my schedule and timeline.
3. Listening to my goals and finding the way to make it work.
4. I had the wallpaper picked and measurements done, but before ordering they asked to visit for free to measure and check the walls to both give a quote and to help ensure I order the right amount and types of wallpaper. They came out right away to measure. Then told me exactly how many panels to order for each wall.
5. They kept fluid communication during the whole process, answered my questions and texts at all hours, and they sent pictures to me as they did the installation in each room.
6. There was one challenging wall that was textured with more sand than the beach and it has a large curve from one room to the next. They professionally sanded it smooth and were able to get the paper to securely follow the curve without bubbling up or wrinkling.
7. They offered the best price out of multiple quotes received for the same work.
I would work with them again on a thousand jobs if I had them. I really appreciate their time, the value of the work they did, their quality of work, their professionalism, communication and punctuality.
