These guys are AMAZING! They were available so quickly to help when I needed my freezer repaired. I even provided the wrong part to order and the gentleman was so incredibly kind, went and ordered the correct part and called to see when he could come out to fix it as promptly as possible for us. I needed a GE downdraft and a Whirlpool convection cooktop installed in my granite countertop. Sweet Home Appliance was incredibly responsive--texted me with arrival time and ALWAYS arrived when he said he would. The job was complex because I the downdraft changed its design slightly and it was a different cooktop and I have a granite countertop. They were perfectionists and made sure it was perfectly installed and functioning. Sweet Home Appliance definitely gets 6 stars from me and I will be using them again on my next project. They are reliable, punctual, priced right and most importantly their work is outstanding and the quality is fantastic.
