Hired on Thumbtack

Discussed project in detail yesterday and set appointment for 9am this morning. 9am came no show no call. I attempted to call her repeatedly and was sent to voicemail. Attempted to message her off Thumbtack and her cell phone and was repeatedly hung up on. Think twice before you hire her because your time is valuable and to have zero communication while leaving you standing on job waisting money and time.

Excuse me sir, at no point did we agree on a date for the visit, I only told you that I could go at 9am according to your request, but we did not agree on what day the visit would be. My last message was to please send me the address so I would know how long it would take me to get there and thus be able to arrange an appointment with you for the visit. To visit the projects, I always agree with the person on the day and time, depending on the availability of appointments. Excuse me for the misunderstanding I am sorry I couldn't help you.
