After my air conditioner failed, I called a large local HVAC company (I won't name names) to have them look at it. After three visits and numerous repairs, it still wasn't working. The only response I got was that they couldn't figure out the problem and that I needed a new system. I ended up calling Fuse HVAC Jacksonville, who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my system for much less than it would have cost me if I had replaced it unnecessarily. Fuse HVAC Jacksonville is the only company I will use in the future.

I had have a disaster with my Daikin AC: unit was down for over 45 days in 2023. It kept breaking repeatedly. Parts were on the backorder up to 3 weeks by previous service provider. I've been forced to installs a bunch of extras: multiple UV lights, extra circuit protection board and other inventions. Imagine 3 weeks of waiting in July in sunny FL! In short: Fuse HVAC had become an alternative. No delays, no snake oil, the compressor replaced by warranty in timely manner and re-inspected. 2024: not a single day it was down.
