- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process begins with scheduling a convenient visit to their location. During this visit, we take precise measurements to provide an accurate and customized quote. We understand the importance of clear communication, so we send the quote via email and text message for our customers' convenience. Once the quote is approved, our skilled team will promptly begin crafting the frameless shower enclosure, and the installation process typically takes between 7 to 12 business days from the date of approval.
