The service was done quickly which we very much appreciate. David is a very good communicator, pleasant and knows his trade. The only thing lacking is that the helper who was to clean up after the ducts were cleaned- I had to vacuum every area after they left.

Michelle was very easy, friendly and helpful in scheduling our vent cleaning. I was given several reminders of the appointment. I was given a window of 10-12 time frame, the technician kept us appraised on his ETA. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The equipment used was not terribly noisy. The cleaning took about 30 minutes. There was no mess left behind. I checked with my tenant after the cleaning and they were satisfied with the results. Our experience with E.R. HVAC was very positive. I would used them again.

ER HVAC and especially their technician, David, are amazing. They were here on time, explained all the aspects of the job, made recommendations and did the job keeping me updated and informed on the progress throughout. They did all my vents AND my fireplace. These guys are a class act! HIRE THEM!!
