- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and transparent. I offer both hourly and flat rates depending on the job. Estimates are free, and there are no hidden fees. I also offer discounts for bundled projects and repeat customers. You’re paying for quality — and that’s exactly what I deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send me pictures and a short description of the issue. I review it, offer a solution, and give you a fair quote. Once we agree, I show up on time and get it done — clean and right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in law and a technical background in construction. Plus, over 10 years of hands-on experience — from small repairs to full remodels — both in Europe and the U.S.
