Paulo,Belart Construction, was a godsend as we had a remodel project that had to be coordinated from Texas to Florida. Paulo and crew were very professional and stuck to schedule even offering and implementing their own ideas and selections. This project was a condo renovation for a family member who had to be admitted to long term care. We would recommend Paulo and Belart for any work you need for your project. Paulo completely transformed our kitchen from a closed off, non-functional space to a beautiful, open, welcoming central gathering point in our small home! He assisted with design ideas, picking out materials, and was patient with our many questions. He went above & beyond to create additional finishing pieces when the selected cabinets didn’t quite fit an area and personally made sure that any work not completed by him met his high standards. We were 100% satisfied and recommended Paulo to many friends & coworkers!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Belart Contracting, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly clean, professional, and responsive. They took great care to protect the surrounding areas of my home, always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and left the space spotless after the job was complete. On top of that communication was great.

Not only is Paulo Correia an excellent builder, he is one of the most creative people I have ever worked with. I am an artist with sometimes out of the box ideas, and he was always able to make my ideas come alive. He works to please and is content with nothing less than his client's complete satisfaction. He has remodeled three baths, installed hardwood flooring, reconfigured a bedroom layout with a new closet, built a pergola and more. When I needed him to tweak or even change something that was completed he was always open to what I needed. We have worked with Paulo for at least 15 of the 25 years we've lived in our home. and he is responsible for 75% of its current improvements. We really miss him here in the Maryland area. Jacksonville has acquired an exceptional talent.
