- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to provide a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. We begin with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s vision, needs, and budget. From there, we offer full support throughout the entire project — including tile selection guidance, assistance with purchasing materials, and planning the installation. Once everything is finalized, we schedule the project and carry out the work with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. We maintain clear communication every step of the way, ensuring the customer feels confident and informed until the final walkthrough and project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expertise comes from over 22 years of hands-on experience in tile and flooring installation. Throughout the years, we have developed strong technical skills and a deep understanding of industry best practices. In addition to field experience, we have participated in specialized training events hosted by tile and flooring suppliers. These trainings have allowed us to stay up to date with the latest installation techniques, materials, and products — from surface preparation to finishing — ensuring every project is completed with precision and high-quality standards.
