Paulo,Belart Construction, was a godsend as we had a remodel project that had to be coordinated from Texas to Florida. Paulo and crew were very professional and stuck to schedule even offering and implementing their own ideas and selections. This project was a condo renovation for a family member who had to be admitted to long term care. We would recommend Paulo and Belart for any work you need for your project. Paulo and team completely transformed our kitchen for us and did an excellent job. We changed the layout, moved a door, added a window, etc. Paulo did a great job executing our vision and helping us make good choices at each decision point. There is no one I'd rather trust to do work on our home.

Paulo completely transformed our kitchen from a closed off, non-functional space to a beautiful, open, welcoming central gathering point in our small home! He assisted with design ideas, picking out materials, and was patient with our many questions. He went above & beyond to create additional finishing pieces when the selected cabinets didn’t quite fit an area and personally made sure that any work not completed by him met his high standards. We were 100% satisfied and recommended Paulo to many friends & coworkers!

Not only is Paulo Correia an excellent builder, he is one of the most creative people I have ever worked with. I am an artist with sometimes out of the box ideas, and he was always able to make my ideas come alive. He works to please and is content with nothing less than his client's complete satisfaction. He has remodeled three baths, installed hardwood flooring, reconfigured a bedroom layout with a new closet, built a pergola and more. When I needed him to tweak or even change something that was completed he was always open to what I needed. We have worked with Paulo for at least 15 of the 25 years we've lived in our home. and he is responsible for 75% of its current improvements. We really miss him here in the Maryland area. Jacksonville has acquired an exceptional talent.

From there, we offer full support throughout the entire project — including tile selection guidance, assistance with purchasing materials, and planning the installation.
Once everything is finalized, we schedule the project and carry out the work with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. We maintain clear communication every step of the way, ensuring the customer feels confident and informed until the final walkthrough and project completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expertise comes from over 22 years of hands-on experience in tile and flooring installation. Throughout the years, we have developed strong technical skills and a deep understanding of industry best practices.
In addition to field experience, we have participated in specialized training events hosted by tile and flooring suppliers. These trainings have allowed us to stay up to date with the latest installation techniques, materials, and products — from surface preparation to finishing — ensuring every project is completed with precision and high-quality standards.
