- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am straight forward with pricing. It is a flat fee for a specific amount of time and edited images. If you would like to purchase more images then what is included in our package you can do so separately. There are no hidden charges nor discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I love to get a feel for my clients and their personalities with a quick phone call, zoom chat or good ol fashion in person over coffee conversation. From there we map out what we want to get out of our time together and what to expect during the session. We then set date and time. From there the fun begins with picking out location and wardrobe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is composed of webinars, classes, taking part in groups and forums and Lots of trial and error. I am always striving to produce higher quality images and experience for my clients.
