FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide customized quotes based on the unique details of each project. Pricing depends on factors like room size, surface condition, and the type of finish you’re looking for. Our rates are competitive, and we often offer seasonal deals or discounts for larger-scale jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Introductory Call & Ballpark Estimate During our first phone conversation, we’ll discuss your project goals and specific needs. Based on that, you’ll receive a clear ballpark estimate. If everything sounds good, we’ll schedule a convenient in-home consultation. You can expect to receive your detailed quote the same day! • Color Selection & Project Scheduling Once the estimate is approved, we’ll guide you through the color selection process and finalize the project schedule based on your availability. • Preparation, Painting & Clean-Up Proper prep is key to a flawless and lasting finish. We clean and repair surfaces as needed, and carefully protect all floors and furnishings. Paint is applied in multiple coats using professional techniques to ensure a smooth, durable result with no peeling or cracking. After painting, we handle all clean-up—removing tarps, tape, and coverings—and return furniture to its original place. • Final Walkthrough & Quality Check We finish every job with a thorough walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our quality standards. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we won’t consider the job complete until you’re happy with the result.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
• What is the scope of the project? Are you painting a single room, several rooms or the entire home? • What is your desired timeline? Do you have a specific deadline in mind, or are you flexible with scheduling? • Do you already have colors in mind? Knowing your preferred colors or finishes (e.g. matte, satin, semi-gloss) can help move things forward faster. If you're unsure, professionals can guide you. • What is the current condition of the walls or surfaces? Are there cracks, stains, or other damage that may require prep work before painting? • Do you need help moving or protecting furniture? Some customers prefer to handle this themselves, while others want it included in the service. • Are there any special requests or unique challenges? Such as working around pets, children, allergies, or restricted hours for work?
