- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer for a description of the project, photos, measurements, and their preferred schedule. I then explain the recommended approach and provide clear pricing or arrange an in-person estimate when needed. We confirm the details before starting, complete the work carefully, clean the work area, and review the finished project with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from several years of hands-on work completing home repairs, installations, furniture assembly, drywall repair, painting, and finish work. I continue learning proper techniques, product requirements, and safe installation practices for every type of project we accept.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by completing repairs, installations, and improvement projects for my own home, friends, and family. Over time, I gained more hands-on experience, invested in professional tools, and began helping customers with a wider range of home projects. I enjoy solving problems and seeing a project completed properly.
