When searching for a company to help with my vinyl flooring project, I submitted a request and Paula was professional, prompt, and came to see the space that same day. I had a detailed quote by the end of the day (or the next at the latest), and the pricing was very reasonable! Especially considering the unmatched quality of service.
True to their name, they are fast! The materials were delivered, and the installation was completed all within the same week. The installation crew was kind, respectful, and handled everything in my home with such care.
The entire process took just one day, and the results completely transformed my space! It looks brand new!!

My husband and I are so happy that we chose to get three estimates for the installation of our LVP. We had investigated all possible scenarios for installation and by far The Fast Floor company was extremely knowledgeable as far as the process. Importantly, Paula was able to understand my visual taste in color and style. She was very up-to-date as far as what is the newest trend in LVP flooring and was able to show me why a certain type or size might be best for our large area.Paula put my husbands mind at ease when she was able to answer his concerns and delayed any doubts that he may have had. He had done his research and believe me The Fast Floor company knows their business. We had a challenging layout, including a tile floor as well as cement floors that needed to be covered along with transitions. They were able to troubleshoot before installation addressing potential issues, gaps bumps, etc. They were very aware of the subfloors and filled grout lines, as well as making sure everything was level, clean and dry. Not all companies will do this. Some said it was not necessary. Well for our peace of mind it was! The warranty was also important to us.Communication with us was excellent. They understood our needs, clearly explained the process and addressed any concerns. I so appreciated how Paula brought big enough samples and laid them out for me to clearly see them next to my cabinets and countertop. I am a visual person and this helped put my mind at ease.The installers did a fantastic job and believe me we checked on them. They did just what they said they would. Any potential problems were taken care of and underlayment was laid. The seams were tight and there were no gaps or misalignments. They completed the job in 1 1/2 days and therefore that minimized any disruption. Cleanup and disposal of packaging was completed, and we were left with a spotless home! Paula also provided us with care and maintenance tips.We would highly recommend The Fast Floor LLC to anyone who is considering installing LVP in their homes.
