OCD sent 2 ladies to start the initial deep clean. The started right on time and did a bang up job! My house was such a mess that the initial cleaningcleaned didn’t it all. They will be back to finish up. Then we will go every other week as my regular schedule.

I recently hired OCD for a “deep” cleaning job on a 4 bedroom, 2800 sq ft, 2 story home. These dimensions are provided because I was not ready for the amount of time spent nor the attention to detail that was shown for this job. In the 4+ years that I’ve been in my home and the dozens of cleaning services used, I have never received the level of cleanliness provided by OCD. Every inch of my home was kissed by Aurora’s clothed hand. The price was reasonable considering the size of the job and the owner maintained constant communication with me throughout the day. I will definitely use this service again

OCD, Ollie Cleans Duval, did a great job last week giving my house the best cleaning it's had in too many months to admit to. Maria came promptly at 9am, and she didn't stop 'til almost 4pm and my husband and I were very happy and impressed with her work. I recently injured my knee and have been healing for a couple months, was not very able to do much strenuous cleaning, so I am so grateful for the peaceful and calmness, and cleanliness of the nice clean house after Maria was done. I found OCD through Thumbtack and was very glad I did. I'm going to schedule with them again in May and in June. Ollie was very quick to respond, price was just right, scheduling was flexible, and work was very professional. These things are hard to find these days, so they are appreciated. We offer a 20% discount on your first visit if you are setting up a recurring service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first cleaning visit usually takes a couple hours longer. For example, it might take 7 hours the first visit, but only 5 hours each visit after that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and I'm fairly OCD. I like everything to look and be clean!
