What an amazing father and son duo! I was so excited about the service provided, I had to run straight to Google and tell everyone not only about their great service, but affordable options. My family and I were moving out of a three bedroom, two story residence and after four years, we obviously needed to remove some junk. The fellas arrived promptly and were highly communicative during scheduling. Something that specifically stood out to me was although we were discarding items, they handled them with so much care. There were no damages to our residence and we found the service to be exactly what we needed. I also love a good family owned business so I look forward to supporting them in the future. Amazing experience for us!

We hired JunkCo for a large trash removal project for a warehouse clean out. We had large items and a ton of smaller items. I was so impressed with how fast these guys worked, how easy scheduling was, and how they left the space (it was sooo clean!) Cant recommend them enough and I cant wait to have them back to clear out even more space!

Andy was very nice & helpful He was able to get us someone quickly to pick up our mattress & box spring. I would recommend this company. Also Al Gomez who picked them up. Don’t remember the partner’s name who helped, but they were on time & were very nice. They were great!

JunkCo+ of Jacksonville was incredibly responsive. They were able to deliver a dumpster in the same day I requested one. The service included text updates on when to expect delivery. The delivery was timely, efficient, and clean. Pick up was the same. A link for payment was easy to access. We were over weight but the fee was incredibly fair. They provided official documentation of the weight so I knew what I was paying for. Overall, Andy and his crew were extremely professional to work with. Absolutely a must for anyone wanting to get the job done without any hassles.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and upfront — you'll know the full cost before we start, with no surprise fees at the end. For junk removal, we price by how much space your items take up in our truck, so you only pay for what you actually have. That price always includes the labor, the hauling, and responsible disposal — it's all baked in. We're glad to give you a range quote from a few photos and a set price before we start the job. We also offer dumpster rentals if you'd rather load at your own pace, and we do light demolition. Ask us about discounts for repeat customers and multi-unit or property jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it easy. You reach out with a rough idea of what you need gone — a photo or two and your address is all it takes — and we give you a clear, all-in estimate. Once you're ready, we get you on the schedule, usually the same day or the next. On the day of the job, we send you a heads-up when we're on our way so you're never left waiting around. We show up, you point us to what's going. We give you a set price, and we handle the rest — the lifting, the loading, all of it. Before we leave, we make sure the space is cleaned up and better than we found it. That's the whole process, start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We completed a full franchise training program with the BELFOR Franchise Group, the parent company behind JunkCo+, covering safe hauling, proper lifting, job estimating, and responsible disposal practices. We also established a direct working relationship with Waste Management to make sure everything we haul is disposed of correctly and legally. We're licensed and insured, and beyond the formal training, I bring years of experience in customer service and running operations — because doing this job well is as much about how we treat people and their property as it is about hauling.
