- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Estimates are tailored to each project’s scope. Discounts are available for recurring lawn maintenance vs a one time lawn service. and if possible multiple services during a single visit may qualify for a discount as well. Pricing options include a set price for labor and materials or an hourly rate, depending on the job. While we may not offer the lowest estimate, we are competitively priced, reflecting the quality of our work. We pride ourselves on delivering high-end service at affordable rates, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s needs and discussing their goals. If needed, I’ll schedule an on-site estimate to assess the project and provide honest recommendations and transparent pricing. Once approved, we schedule the work, communicate throughout the project, and leave the job site clean when we’re finished. My goal is to make the entire process simple, stress-free, and exceed expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, home repairs, landscaping, and lawn care, I’ve built my knowledge through years of real-world experience. I’ve worked on everything from routine maintenance to complete home improvement projects, always focusing on quality workmanship, safety, and doing the job right the first time.
