I’m so glad I found Melissa and My Virtual Resources to help me with my Squarespace website, mailing list platform, Zoom event support, and other marketing and administrative tasks. In the past, I’ve used a lot of virtual assistant services from big companies (Red Butler, Zirtual, TimeEtc, Delegated) and have found them to be very uneven, and I got the sense from working with these big companies that the assistants weren’t being managed by anyone or held accountable to deadlines etc. I wanted to work with a small business that would have a more personal feel and consistency in service. Melissa does a great job! She has a team so that she can assign the right folks for the right tasks but she also stays personally on top of workflow, time management, and overall service. Definitely recommend!
