Maggi & Manny Singh was amazing, they were so professional from the first phone call to the last. They captured our day better then I could ever dreamed. If it was not for the umbrellas you would never knew it was sprinkling , but that didn't fade them at all they even had a clear umbrella so we look like we was in Paris even though we was right here in Florida.
I could go on and on, but I will just say this we LOVE our photos. I recommend you hire them.

We were beyond happy with the responsiveness and communication and quality of the pictures that we received from focal point. We had never taken family pictures before and they did an amazing job of suggesting poses but not making us look stiff. We will be using them again for sure!!

Maggi and Manny were absolutely amazing. From our engagement photos to our wedding, we could not have asked for a better and more accommodating team. Great people and very nice photos. Maggi is very instructive in the vision you want and Manny is very good at capturing that vision in his photography. They made working with my grumpy/tired husband and I seem effortless and we were very grateful to have them. Our photos turned out amazing and we had a great time. Well worth it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable pricing and will work with you regarding the amount of time needed for your photo session as well as the level of editing to keep you within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want our customers to love the photographs we produce for them, so we ask a lot of questions about what style they are looking for, level of formality of the pictures, how they plan to use the pictures, etc. We also love it when clients share examples that they have seen online so that we can ensure that we are working towards the same style of image. We will schedule a date for the session that works for you and are very flexible if the weather changes or something else comes up that requires the photo session to be moved. We will explain the pricing and different packages up front, so there are no surprises or sticker shock once it is time to download or print your images. The amount of time we need for editing depends on the type of session. Headshots, engagement, senior or couples photos typically take about 48 hours to turnaround, family portraits (depending on the size and location) may take 3-5 days and weddings and large events take 1 - 2 weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Manny has taken several professional photography classes and recently continued his formal education with on-line courses through Florida State College at Jacksonville.
