I price events individually based on several factors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an in depth client needs analysis to understand the specific agenda the client has in mind and the outcomes they want to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an active in the Association for Talent Development, both in monthly meetings and additional training sessions. I am also involved with the Society of Emotional Intelligence and use EI strategies in many of my programs. I attend seminars and workshops on topics I want to know more about. I'm an avid reader and user of social sites like LinkedIn and Twitter where a lot of great info is shared (especially in the LinkedIn groups). I network heavily and challenge myself to get out my comfort zone and learn something new each week.
