I'm Luis Monegro, owner of Effective Roofing. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. My uncle owned a steel fence company, and I was involved in construction from a young age. Eventually, I moved to the USA when I was 17 years old. My first job was flipping burgers at McDonald’s, and after a few promotions and becoming the General manager, I decided to pursue my passion and went to Roofing full time. I work several years as a Roofer installer for major roofing companies before founding Effective Roofing. Bringing with me the skills and implementations I learned from McDonald’s. (You need to understand every position of your business to run it successfully). Effective Roofing focuses on client satisfaction, and five-star recommendations are our top priority in every job.

Luis came out quickly to give us an estimate for a repair we needed on our roof. He seemed extremely knowledgeable as he was a former installer himself. He was able to get one of his guys to come out later in the day to get the job done. They provided photos and drone footage of roof before and after. Wouldn't hesitate to use them for a re-roof or other repairs in future.

Luis came highly recommended in my area which is in Nocatee florida. I am a painting contractor and when I heard of Effective Roofing I called him out for an estimate. He came on time he's very friendly and very knowledgeable he showed up when he said he would and did the work for a fair reasonable price. He offered me a one-year warranty which I thought was awesome I most certainly will pass out his information to all of my customers!
